Rachael's experience spans all types and sizes of companies, ranging from small 12 team member businesses to multi-billion dollar organizations. She founded The Footstep Group because of her passion to help leaders and their teams be so successful at work that they can flourish in the other roles in their lives. Rachael's corporate experience includes the Director of Talent Development for the largest division at Tyson Foods, Inc ; Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Simmons Foods, Inc; and Chief People Officer at TRS Healthcare.
Rachael is both a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Career Coach.
Rachael has extensive experience in coaching and organizational development tools, techniques and approaches, with proven capabilities in executive coaching, strategic planning facilitation, corporate communications, training, leadership development, and organizational development consulting. Her strong experience in relationship management and strategic business partnerships allow her to work and communicate with all levels of leadership in an organization.
